White Rabbit was born to be different… Intrigued by the curious and challenged by the wondrous.

White Rabbit doesn’t like to be constrained by the expected, we freely exercise our right to be different and brew beer that doesn’t just follow the others. As Alice once proclaimed… “I’ve a right to think”…

So what is it that we do? We like to think of ourselves as free thinking Belgian hippies that have just gatecrashed an old English tea party.

To be unusual in brewing is easy. To be unusual and remain a wonderful drinking beer is where the story gets really interesting…

To make great beer you need four basic ingredients; water, malt, hops and yeast but the magic happens when you expand your mind and step into a world where fermentation is dosed with a generous amount of imagination.

We source and experiment with the best quality ingredients we can find and use our

bag of tricks and tools in the brewery to create our two ales; one White, one Dark. Subtle yet delicious, our ales are built around a spirit of play.
