Blue Tongue Brewery

Bluetongue started in the Hunter Valley in 2003 the way many great things start… as an idea, in a pub, over a beer
with mates. The idea was to brew a premium Australian beer for the modern palate, in a location where it was
needed the most: wine country.

That idea turned into the first Bluetongue Beer, which was brewed using the regions’ finest malted barley and three
varieties of hops. The somewhat unique triple hopping process resulted in a beer with the perfect balance of flavour,
aroma and finish.
