FOGHORN BREWHOUSE opened during April 2015 at King Street in the Newcastle CBD. Since then we’ve been rejuvenating and replenishing Newcastle one fresh beer after another. We are the only brewery in the heart of this dirty old town, and our genuine love for brewing is undeniable. Speak with Shawn Sherlock our passionate brewer. A Newcastle native who’s been brewing for decades, Shawn’s knowledge and skills in the beer realm are well known. We love getting creative in our state-of-the-art brewery, with big flavour and aroma, bold new takes on traditional styles and new inventions of our own.

The same goes for our restaurant. Our Head Chef, Daniel Correia has spent years perfecting dishes across Australia. He creates delectable menus for both our venues. Our food is made from scratch with locally-sourced produce. Try our authentic New York-style pizzas, burgers, steaks and chicken wings, served right here in our historic art deco warehouse.

We regularly bring in live music and comedy, and our venue is a great location for events, with seating capacity for up to 250 people.
